Then you will be brought to the AdGem Offerwall Page!
If you are on a computer and not a device listed, simply close out of that little purple window by clicking the X in the top right.
Then here you can complete the offers, and if you want more information on the offers you have completed, click the Reward button at the top right of that screen.
This will lead you to your "Reward Status" page. You cannot click to start a ticket to support until 24 hours after starting the offer. Once 24 hours has elapsed, you can click "Request Support"
To get to the "Request Support" page, simply click on the offer itself ^ clicking the offer in question will bring you to the "Reward Status" page.
Then click "Request Support" which will initiate a ticket with AdGem! You will receive instructions in your email on how to proceed. You may receive an automated response at first but then a support agent will address your ticket accordingly.

Did you select the wrong device type?
No worries, just simply select the "Device" tab at the top of the offer page. This will let you reselect your device type. If you are on a computer, simply close out of the device window by hitting the small x to close the window.
