I haven't received my free Kreds from the offerwall.

Sometimes when submitting a Revenue Universe offer, there can be a short delay before the free Kreds are rewarded. For support with any free Kred offers on Kongregate, or to check the status of a pending offer, use this link:
http://www.kongregate.com/accounts/username/offer_status

Be sure to replace username with your account name. This will bring up a page that allows you to click "Show your Revenue Universe offers" 

 You can contact the customer service team at Revenue Universe about your missing Kreds from this window. Here on the Offer Status page, Revenue Universe tracks offers you have viewed and submitted. Completed ones are noted with a green checkmark and a note that reads Credited. All other offers will show as Clicked.
