As of July 10, 2019, Kongregate offers multi-factor authentication on all user accounts.
Email MFA
- From your account profile, navigate to your profile settings, then into Password & Security.
- Click on 'Enable Email MFA.'
- An email will be sent to the address on file with the account.
- Follow the steps in the email to add MFA to your account.
If you do not receive the MFA email within 15 minutes, please contact support@kongregate.com
Disabling MFA
- From your account profile, navigate to your profile settings, then into Password & Security.
- Click on 'Disable Email MFA.'
- An email will be sent to the address on file with the account to document the change.
If you do not receive the MFA email within 15 minutes, please contact support@kongregate.com.
