A note about games made by Russian speaking developers

In compliance with the US sanctions against Russia, Kongregate has refrained from sending funds to developers operating within Russian borders.

However, in light of the ongoing war in Ukraine, certain Russian developers have opted to relocate their studios to neighboring countries like Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Cyprus. In cases where we are confident that profits are not subject to Russian government taxation, we have chosen to maintain our partnerships with these Russian-speaking developers.

It is important to note that we have, and will continue to, decline business offers from studios with significant ties to Russia, irrespective of their potential profitability.
